A new opportunity has arisen within a leading international and multi-disciplinary Consultancy. Their recent growth and successes means they require a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Housing team in Leeds.
The Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
-- A Bsc in Quantity Surveying and /or be working towards chartership status
-- Knowledge of a wide range of contract types
-- A proven track record within the public sector; ideally in residential or social housing
-- The motivation for long term career progression within the organization, playing an active role as a senior team member
The Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor can expect to play a key role and will receive a full portfolio of projects from healthcare, residential and social housing developments. Recent projects have included a £90million PFI development, a £30million care Village and various community projects.   
The company will offer the Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor a competitive package in line with the current market. The Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based from their Leeds office. Commutable locations include Bradford, York, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Barnsley and Pudsey.
