My client operates in an expanding company in a growing sector. Their satellite office is situated in Banbury with Head Office in Scotland. The role is UK based and it is essential for candidates to have previous web experience (you must be able to build your own website), be salesy, very professional and have integrity. The role will mainly be based in the office but will require client visits to be made from time to time. Candidates must have excellent technical understanding, organisational skills and sales experience required. My client is passionate about providing their customers and partners with powerful and user friendly solutions that transform web sites into powerful business tools. For more than a decade my client has been at the forefront of Content Management in the UK. and is dedicated to removing the technical barriers to help enable ordinary business users to manage their own best practice websites. Your main responsibility will be to strategically manage and develop existing accounts, daily duties will include: Developing existing customer accounts, Advising our customers on how to get optimum results from their web projects. Managing customer communication and ensuring customer satisfaction, providing pre-sales support to partners, Experience Required: A very good understanding of web technology, Experience of CMS projects, experience working within a digital agency. Ability to build and maintain relationships. You will be very organised and capable of managing multiple projects at the same time. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written communication skills Benefits: They are paying circa £30K with an OTE of £36. 28 Days including Bank Holidays - (they dont Bank Holidays off), on site Gym, Restaurant and free parking. A mileage allowance of 40 p is paid per mile.
