Temporary Medical Secretary/PA

Temporary Secretary/PA - Central London, Immediate Start
Leading private London Hospital is looking to recruit a Secretary/PA for their Chief Nursing Officer. This position will involve a variety of duties which will include arranging appointments for internal and external departments so strong diary management is essential. You will also be responsible for all incoming telephone calls, correspondence and liaising with Senior Managers regarding meetings. There will also be contact with patients regarding complaints. You will also need to attend meetings and take minutes, collate data and statistics and report to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will also be involved in coordinating administration. It is essential that confidentiality of highly sensitive and personal information is maintained.
The desirable candidate will have excellent written and spoken English, proficient secretarial skills, previous experience as a Senior Secretary, IT literate, and knowledge of hospital departments.
Problem solving skills, remaining calm under pressure and meeting deadlines will all be essential as well as communicating at all levels.
Medical experience as a Medical Secretary/PA would be an advantage.
Immediate start
Up to £12.00 per hour plus holiday pay
Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30, 37.5 hours per week with the possibility of overtime.
