Our client, a multi site insurance company, is currently looking to recruit an Underwriting Technician, to join their Essex based team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing brokers and internal business partners in all aspects of policy processing, telephone call handling, auditing and broker support.
Duties will include the processing and dealing with all manual policy processing, answering inbound and making outbound telephone calls. Inviting policy renewals ensuring that premiums are correct according to standard underwriting guidelines and procedures.
It is essential you can work as part of a team and on your own initiative, are of smart appearance and possess excellent communication skills.
