Sous Chef - Bristol - award winning restaurant - 20k to 22k We are currently looking for a Sous Chef for a client in Bristol. The operation works with all fresh seasonal ingredients. The menus are very much British applied with a style, simplicity, quality and freshness, that is perhaps unrivalled in Bristol. The kitchen makes everything from scratch including butchering its own meat to baking its own bread. We are looking for applicants who are passionate about working with the freshest ingredients and producing food that will delight. Ideally applicants will have experience as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous chef in fresh food operations. The most important quality required is a love for cooking and a desire to work and learn in a kitchen that loves to thrill the food loving senses.
