Our client is launching a brand new 5* operation in a beautiful Georgian house set in the Shropshire countryside. We are looking for keen chefs that want to work in a top end kitchen. The restaurant is looking to gain its first Michelin star within a year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded chef who has a history of taking junior chefs and leading them on to a level suitable to fir into any of the countries top kitchens.
We are looking for chefs with a passion for fine food and a willingness to work hard and learn. The Head Chef is fair, firm and supportive and has a style that encourages new chefs to flourish in their trade.
There is brand new kitchen and the hotel has been fitted from top to bottom with the very best materials; with no expense spared.
Salary is to £17,5000 dependant upon experience - you will be paid well and there is accommodation available at a small cost. Ref. 1056
