This influential, niche Executive Search firm is building on their previous success by expanding their IT-into-Banking sector over the coming months, thus creating a unique and unusual opportunity for exceptional, experienced Search and Selection consultants. Based in London, our client has secured their reputation by providing clients and candidates with innovative, tailor-made solutions in both resourcing and HR consulting. This challenging position involves both business development and retained projects, with the successful applicant being responsible for the placement of senior level candidates. As these roles are very much candidate driven, developing an excellent working knowledge of the marketplace as well as building and maintaining an extensive network of contacts is vital.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Exceptional sales ability and proven recruitment experience within the IT-into-Banking sectors are both necessary pre-requisites for this position.
