Sales Manager - Telecoms - Data & Voice - Total Solutions Location:Home based, but UK Wide Our client is a Tier 1 carrier and major competitor to BT. We need an experienced Telecom Sales Manager to run an existing team of 8 and growing Sales Executives selling into the SME b2B as well as corporate. The rightperson will have experience in Telcoms of running a team, being involved in the selection proceess, motivating them and exceeding targets. CANDIDATE PROFILE Experience Essential -- Minimum 2-5 years sales experience in Business to Business Sales via Direct channels -- Proven track record in managing direct sales personnel -- Experienced in management of a team supporting existing account new business team -- Experience addressing SMEs and Medium sized corporates across multiple sectors -- Strong negotiation and sales skills -- Strong evidence of consistently achieving targets, individually and with their team -- Excellent Mentoring and Coaching training and skills Desirable Experience in Internet, web services, systems integration, networking, security or managed data solutions would be an advantage.
