QA / Quality Assurance with safety critical experience needed to work in the South West on a contract basis.
You will need experience of software development within the avionics / aerospace industry and be familiar working with DO-178b. You will also needexcellent understanding of the development process involved in working to these types of standards, with your experience covering design, development, integration, and test.
Experience in a QA / Quality Assurance / Software Assurance role is needed and you must be comfortable in a validation role on software projects.
This role involves working with the development team in an advisory capacity rather than hands on coding so your communication skills and ability to interface between different teams and organisations are important. The main focus of the role will be assurance that the safety critical software developed is to the relevant standards.
