EDINBURGH, JUNIOR SOUS CHEF, £21000 Our client is looking for a Junior Sous Chef for their busy award-winning 50-cover restaurant located in the centre of Edinburgh. There is a brigade of 6 chefs who use finest Scottish produce to serve modern French cuisine. An ideal candidate for this Junior Sous Chef role should have relevant experience of working in a fine dining environment and be able to work on his/her own initiative. If you are an experienced Chef de Partie who is keen and ready to take a step up this role may suit you too. As a Junior Sous Chef you will supervise more junior chefs and their sections. You will also work with the head chef and sous chef on menu development as well as write rotas and take active part in the management side of the business. The salary for a Junior Sous Chef ranges from £18000 to £21000.
