DEPUTY MANAGER-GREAT OPPORTUNITY - South London/Dulwich A wonderful opportunity!! This role is suitable for someone who is wanting to eventually manage a nursery and as such will have shared responsibility of the smooth running of this nursery in a wonderful location. Some of your responsibilities will include: To Achieve and maintain high standards of care To Effectively lead and manage the staff team, manage staff recruitment and retention To effectively manage the budget and occupancy levels to ensure the nursery is profitable To ensure all policies are implemented and adhered to at all times You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience: NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent 3 years post-qualification experience and 2 years relevant supervisory experience Excellent knowledge and understanding of Birth to Three matters and the Foundation stage Good time management skills Knowledge of health and safety legislation (desirable) Knowledge of OFSTED standards Excellent communication organisational skills The ability to lead and motivate a staff team Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities (desirable) Excellent rates of pay, bonuses and benefits with ongoing support and career development.
