Our client are currently recruiting a Senior Claims Handler aituated within Essex to strengthen an existing team handling complex claims. The applicant will be responsible for the negotiation, investigation and settlement of employers, public, products liability claims and a point of guidance for other members of the team
Working within a busy team handling various case loads. There will need the ability to deal with claims using proactive measures and the understanding of the need to control costs is essential.
The successful applicant will have liability claims experience and a solid ability of technical knowledge.
