Experienced PI handler required to deal exclusively with Rail Industry claims.
The job entails;
Public Liability claims, both PI & PD only
Some rail industry El claims
Interaction with other potential liable parties within the Rail Industry
Working knowledge of the Rail Industry Claims Handling allocation Agreement (CAHA)
Skills Required;
Effective time management
Articulate in letter writing
Able to multi-task
Effective communicator
Be able to priortise
Attention to detail
Competent at valuing general and special damages.
This would be an ideal position for an intelligent, proactive person who is capable of working autonomously as well as in a team. The person must be able to establish good working relations with the client and their agents and have good phone manners. The job is demanding due to the many aspects but for the ideal candidate would be a great opportunity to develop many skills.
Training and continued guidance will be provided to teach the successful candidate about the intricacies of rail industry claims.
