With combined experience in voice, data, desktop and mobility, The organisation pride themselves on addressing organisations IT and Communications needs and through the solutions they design improving the smoothness of organisations day-to-day operations. Due to the success of the business they are currently looking to bring on board an experienced Senior Sales representative/ Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for looking after 6 already established Field Sales representatives and 2 New Junior Sales representatives, As a Sales Manager you will be expected to identify and execute new business opportunities, harnessing the information and capital of the organisation, to drive and manage the sales team to support the Sales and Marketing Director to achieve revenue targets through new business sales contracts, cross selling into and account managing existing prospects and clients.
You will lead from the front, being very much involved in the sales process, while also motivating and controlling the sales team to achieve the targets put in place by the organisation.
