Well known and established brokerage are currently recruiting a New Business Producer based in Kent and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual and whose primary role will be to increase the broking services.
The individual will have a proven sales track record and possess strong negotiation skills. You will also have solid experience within this role as well as business to bring with them.
Technical experience is essential in this role, and insurance qualifications would be an advantage
