Based in our West End Offices, you will be joining our highly successful Pharmaceutical and Business Intelligence teams. This is an excellent opportunity to progress in your field.
You will have a proven track record with comprehensive billing figures in either a contingent or executive search environment. We also welcome applications from French, Dutch or German speaking Team Leaders.
You will be responsible for the recruitment and training of staff, monitoring performance of consultants and ensuring that they are working to best practice. You will also define expectations in terms of levels of business expected and giving guidance as to how to achieve these targets. It is essential that you are keeping abreast of the market in order to identify new business opportunities and provide day to day management in terms of the sales cycle, system, administration and reporting of figures.
We provide an excellent basic and one of the highest commission structures available with no threshold or cap on commission. Alongside a competitive benefits package we also offer a variety of incentive schemes, including company lunches to top West End restaurants and holidays abroad.
