Corporate Travel Sales Manager

CORPORATE TRAVEL SALES MANAGERS REQUIRED:
Two exciting opportunities have arisen for experienced Field/Office Based Corporate Travel Sales & Account Managers to join a Corporate Travel Company Based in Berkshire

My Client is looking to further develop and strengthen the business travel team at their new corporate offices.
To be a Corporate Travel Sales Manager you will need to be ambitious, competitive, dynamic and a self starter.
Duties of a Corporate Travel Sales Manager Include:
* Prospect, Convert & Deliver New business/client accounts against pre-agreed performance targets.
* Liaison with Ops & Implementation staff to ensure smooth & timely implementation of all newly signed business.
* Initial Account Management & responsibility for all new business signed.
* Full responsibility for the on-going overall management & development of the profitability of all existing & future accounts within a given portfolio
Skills required of a Corporate Travel Sales Manager Include:
* Minimum 3-4 years Sales & Account Management Experience in a Top 15 TMC
* Proven track record in Sales Revenue Growth
* Proven track record in Lead Conversion & an ability to work within a formalised Contact Management structure.
* Strong Negotiation Skills - both with client and on behalf of client/with suppliers
* Excellent presentation skills
* Excellent Time Management/Conflict Resolution
* Ability to extract, consolidate, disseminate & communicate client/supplier MI in a timely and relevant manner
* Excellent knowledge of current RFP processes within either/both large corporate and/or SME sectors.
* Excellent knowledge of Transaction Fee & Management Fee Remuneration Structures.
* Comprehensive knowledge of current market place trends across Air, Hotel & Rail sectors.
* Demonstrate an ability to deliver Account Management Value to the Client over & above expectations.
* Proven ability to deliver cost savings to the client at the point of sale
