The Right Person
We are looking for a successful recruitment consultant with either temp or perm recruitment experience. Ideally youll be of graduate calibre and will have experience of recruiting in the accountancy & finance sector; youll have a stable work history, and have high energy levels, the ability to multi-task, and most importantly will be skilled in successfully identifying new business opportunities and developing a profitable desk. Youll enjoy meeting all your clients and candidates face to face and will have the ability to gain loyalty from both, developing long-term relationships. As this is a busy office, youll need to be highly organised, with the ability to juggle numerous tasks at once, providing a quality service - seeking out the best talent for your clients, and finding the best jobs for your candidates!
The Role
Youll be responsible for managing a desk covering either temporary or permanent recruitment based in an established office in central London, and will join a successful team on a warm desk covering recruitment of junior, part qualified & qualified Accountancy or Finance candidates. Youll be involved in the complete recruitment process and will have the opportunity to progress through the company. This company has an established and recognised brand across the UK, and extensive advertising budgets and marketing tools for consultants.
