14 Customer Service Advisors are required to join an extremely successful, continuously growing corporate bank based in the City. (6 month contract) **customer Service/call centre/customer service/call centre** -- Responding to clients requests such as requests for bank statements, certificates of interest, balance enquiries, dealing with queries on account, payment instruction and other similar activities. -- Providing and dispatching of documentation which is accurate and timely. -- Providing excellent customer service support through our telephone and Internet channels, managing requests through to completion - escalating upwards as appropriate. -- Help identify opportunities for cross selling and to progress referrals when identified. -- Updating and maintaining the companys customer database on activity. -- Managing and co-ordinating outstanding Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to ensure compliance with internal procedures. -- Excellent customer service skills including good telephone manner -- Organised, methodical and able to work on own initiative -- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines -- Team players with flexible attitudes -- Good PC skills, Word and Excel desirable -- Minimum A Level or equivalent education with C or above in English and Maths GCSE -- A strong background in banking customer service is essntaial, ideally within a call centre or a retail bank cashier who answers and deals with a high level of banking queries on a day to day basis. Hours: Shifts between the hours of 8.00 am and 8.00 pm Monday to Friday
