Customer Contact Manager This is an exciting new opportunity to join an existing inbound and outbound team within a large UK based business to business supplier. On their behalf we are currently looking to resource a customer contact manager, you will ensure the achievement of targets and kpis. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a customer focused team of 50 FTE ensuring a first class service to its customers. You will also have full responsibility for forecasting, staff performance, support and recruitment. As well as overseeing the management of complaints processes.
