Call Centre Manager

Customer Contact Manager
This is an exciting new opportunity to join an existing inbound and outbound team within a large UK based business to business supplier. On their behalf we are currently looking to resource a customer contact manager, you will ensure the achievement of targets and kpis.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating a customer focused team of 50 FTE ensuring a first class service to its customers. You will also have full responsibility for forecasting, staff performance, support and recruitment. As well as overseeing the management of complaints processes.
KEY SKILLS
3 years experience as a Call Centre Manager
-- Experience managing resource planning, training and coaching of team members.
-- Hands on with a can-do attitude but with the ability to strategically develop the centre
