Duties will include
-- Matching, batching and coding of invoices
-- Reconciling supplier statements.
-- Investigating and resolving complex invoice queries.
-- Weekly payment runs via BACs, CHAPS and cheque.
-- Handling Multi Currency transactions.
-- Reconciling bank statements
-- Matching invoices to purchase orders.
-- Handling goods received notes.
-- General accounts administration as required
