This local and extremely customer focused insurance company is seeking a claims handler with a minimum of two years claims experience to join their telephone based team, in what is a newly created role due to unprecedented demand for their services.
The work will involve the handling and processing of Commercial and Personal Lines claims, dealing with all classes including property, combined, liability, household, motor and travel.
The value of claims handled will be dependent on an individual candidates experience and you will also be liaising with all other departments within the company.
The successful candidate must have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate with a minimum of 2 years experience preferably in a broking environment.
Salary will be dependent upon experience.
