We have an exciting opportunity for a Concession Supervisor to join a leading concession company based in a large department store based in Oxford.
As Concession Supervisor you will need to be a strong sales oriented team leader, responsible for leading, motivating and developing a great team.
Your accountabilities will include:
- Manage merchandising profile
- Ensure Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines are met at all times
- Ensure all members of the team are well trained on new products and processes.
- Ensure all members of the team are progressing through the Development programme and   
their progress is regularly assessed
- Deliver the best customer service experience, always ensuring all customer issues are dealt
with promptly in store.
As Concession Supervisor you will require the following:
- Sales focused, retail experience in similar environment or department store
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience as a team leader
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Driven to deliver the best customer service
