Business Analyst required to define clear and detailed business and systems development requirements for the improvement and implementation of processes and systems, adhering to the laid down project management and business/systems analysis and design methodologies, and when necessary, to undertake Systems and Regression testing of system changes. The successful candidate will be integral to key areas of Business Change including the improvement of customer experience online, internal systems migration and implementing a new core Business Intelligence initiative.
This is a high-profile role within the Business Change Delivery department of a well established Financial Services organisation. Operating out of exquisite offices in Harrogate, you will be part of an excellent company - an investor in people - with a fantastic reputation for developing and rewarding its staff to the highest level. Offering a great level of freedom and responsibility within the project team, and the opportunity to liaise with UK wide partners, suppliers and acquisition targets. Experience and Skills:
-- Business / Process Analysis and Business Trialing.
-- Business Process Analysis and Improvement - Process Mapping etc.
-- Excellent prioritisation, organisational and analytical skills
-- Clear and concise report writer, able to produce business options for review by senior management
-- Experience working within an IT team
Desirable skills:
-- Financial Services experience
-- Knowledge of IT Databases and Tables
-- Basic programming skills
-- ISEB/ISTQB Foundation or Greater
