This is a challenging opportunity within our industry and only the most driven and determined Recruitment Consultants will succeed! You need not have the sector experience but you must Recruitment experience is essential.
As a successful Recruiter you will become instantly involved with the growth and development of the branch by generation new leads and business opportunities wherever possible, you will set up and attend client meeting sin order to build outstanding relationships and you will register candidates in order to make successful placements.
You will be given the responsibility of the Temps desk, which you will manage and maintain with your own use of initiative.
Youll be highly motivated, driven and determined. You will be very well presented, a positive team player and be an outstanding communicator with a charismatic personality and lots of ideas to bring to the development of the business.
