The company is within the construction business and is currently looking to recruit a full time, permanent Training Services Administrator for their site in Wolverhampton.. Job Details: To support the Training Services manager and a Team Leader in providing a professional, highly efficient and customer focused service to the business in delivering business critical training. Key responsibilities include managing a personalised course portfolio and organising demand driven training events within stipulated SLAs, liaising with the business to maximise course attendance, processing invoices and building relationships with preferred suppliers. You will act as single point of contact in terms of actioning business education requests and ad-hoc training. To ensure that the successful will develop their knowledge in other areas, they will also act as ?buddy to other team members, providing holiday cover and making sure the business is provided with seamless service delivery for all scheduled training.
The successful candidate must have previous Training Administration Experience within a Corporate Environment.You must also be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, be able to juggle a number of conflicting priorities and confidently deal with daily challenges relating to high work volumes and managing delegate and line manager expectations. Interpersonal skills should be second to none as extensive liaison will be involved with people at all levels both internally and externally. Candidates will also need evidence of appropriate IT qualifications to enable effective operational delivery to a multi-location, field based team, including a good working knowledge and experience of Word, Excel and Outlook.
