Advanced Selection has been appointed to resource for Branch Manager for its client, that provide a full range of services including Tyres, MOTs, mechanical repairs to the motor trade.
As the Branch Manager of the branch close to Telford you will be accountable for the operation, achievement of targets and growth of the depot. You will maintain the stock values, adhere to company policies and procedures and identify and increase the business opportunities. You will have hands on approach, and be required to ensure that your team deliver excellent customer service and the brand principles in a professional and sales focused manner.
You must be a dynamic manager who is able to accelerate the business growth and ideally have experience in the motor trade or fast fit business.   Applicants must have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver exceptional customer service. You must have good man management skills, and be able to coach and mentor the team. You should have a proven background in retail and experience of sales and account management.   Knowledge of employment law and health & safety is advantageous.
