Our client require an experienced audio typist to provide support to a team in a fast moving and friendly office. You will be both audio and copy-typing and will need a high accurate speed of around 45 words per minute.
We are looking for an adaptable candidate who has a good telephone manner and is able to work in a team. You will be able to liaise confidently with clients and after training will be able to provide support on the companies services. You will also be trained on the in-house database and have the ability to use this to help with clients queries and needs.
Our client are a national company and you will be based in their new offices near Long Eaton.
