Responsibilities
As a Trading Manager you will play a big part in our mission to become the UKs leading convenience food retailer. Your responsibilities could range from Services - Checkouts, Kiosk, Impulse areas and Systems, Fresh - Deli, Dairy, Produce, Meat, Bakery and Counters, or Ambient - Grocery, Beers Wines and Spirits, Non-food and Frozen.
You will take responsibility for our colleagues and customers within one of our 950+ stores, helping to drive our business by achieving your financial targets.

The Individual
Youll need to be driven with a proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and someone who thrives on change and challenge.
It goes without saying that you are passionate about retail, developing your team, providing great customer service, and really getting to know your local community.
Your background?
You will ideally have a minimum of one years retail experience, preferably within the food or customer service sector. You will be enthusiastic, with a talent for inspiring others and keen to help us to achieve our mission.
