Profile: Hotel Duty Manager (Day and Night Shift) required for a well known Hotel group in the West Midlands/South Birmingham area.
Salary: £16-18k dep on experience.
Work experience: Previous Supervisory experience within hospitality essential. Ideally you will have knowledge/experience working in various hotel departments. The role of Duty Manager will include supervising and motivating team members across all departments. Preparation of department rotas. Ensuring correct staffing levels for business needs. Ensuring safety of guests and premises. Revenue management. Marketing and sales of Hotel facilities. Hotel show rounds. Recruitment and training of employees and any adhoc requirements.
