Sous Chef - Country House Hotel - Somerset - Salary to £25,000 depending on experience - Accommodation available
Sous Chef required for modern British country house hotel, with newly refurbished restaurant looking to gain another rosette. We are looking for candidates with multi rosette backgrounds who can come in and help drive the business forward, as well as run the kitchen in Chefs absence. There is also banqueting/wedding facilities catering for up to 120 people so experience with large numbers, to high standards is essential. If successful you would be working split shifts with 2 days off per week and accommodation is also available at a cost of £100 per month. Salary to £25,000 depending on experience
