Our client, an exciting .com company is looking to secure the services of a Business Analyst. To foster a positive business partnership and working relationship between the company, key business managers and project representatives; to work with an assigned business area to establish clear scope and definition of every project/work request. To establish proposals for business change projects, identifying likely risks, issues, costs and benefits plus highlighting organisation implications - this will often result in the preparation of feasibility studies, project briefs, project definition documents, business requirements specifications and business cases for board approval. Working with the assigned business/project representatives to establish clear project scope, , write/agree the terms of reference; to apply business knowledge and analysis skills in order to lead/undertake requirements gathering, definition, analysis and functional design of applications systems in order to meet the agreed business requirements. You will be graduate calibre or equivalent; have practical analysis experience using a structured methodology and appropriate tools having also completed formal analysis training; have working knowledge of UML, particularly Use Cases would be advantageous; experience of relationship management, account management, consultancy or business development; feasibility study and business case development skills and strong business analysis skills; good and demonstrable facilitation, communication, presentation and change management skills ; broad knowledge of computing concepts and Practices plus in-depth knowledge of a number of application areas; successful leadership experience; relevant, proven experience within a change management environment.
