Location - Gloucester
Application Implementation Support Executive required for a IT company based in Gloucester.
The successful Application Implementation Support Executive will be responsible for implementing products, services and solutions into customers organisations and will be supporting the customer on each product, so building strong relationships is essential.
Skills required include: experience of working in a business to business internet or technology environment; good understanding of networking and firewall principles; understanding of business processes; proven ability in high pressure environment and working to deadlines; good knowledge of Office applications.
Experience of Windows operating systems, TCP/IP , LANs / WANs, Cisco Routers and Netscreen Firewalls will be a distinct advantage.
