Profile: Full Time Customer Services Negotiator Location: Gloucestershire. Salary £14000 per annum. Work experience required: Office based experience essential, customer services experience desirable. We are seeking customer focused individuals for full time roles working 35 hours per week. The post holder will work as part of a team, but will manage their own caseload, hence prioritising work and contributing to the achievement of departmental targets and objectives. The successful hire with deal with complex enquiries, negotiating with clients and liaising with third parties and associated administrative tasks. Candidates will require the following attributes; excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure with effective negotiation skills and good keyboarding skills.
