A highly regarded broker in London is looking for a sales Director to work alongside a Sales Manager to develop new and existing business. The role is to identify ways to expand the business, Supporting and working as a team with individual Account Managers. Identifying and recruiting staff to further the development of new business. The candidate will possess excellent time management skills with superior attention to detail, to build and maintain a wide scope of client accounts and relations, in accordance with the company regulations. Successful candidates will be educated to degree level in marketing or business administration, or have the relevant experience in these areas. Candidates will have experience in property insurance underwriting, and risk management. You should have skills in business development including client development, and contract negotiation. The candidate should be Confident, well organised team players with outstanding communication abilities possessing good interpersonal skills.
