Graduates who possess three months experience of working with students in the capacity of any of the following; - youth work, mentoring, play schemes, summer camps, university mentor programmes, swimming clubs or any sports coaching clubs we would like to hear from you.
Candidates can expect to supervise whole classes and groups, work with other teaching staff, supervise and deliver pre-set work programmes, manage pupil behaviour, respond to pupils questions, assist pupils to undertake set activities as appropriate and deal with immediate problems. We need an enthusiastic graduate with excellent relationship building skills, and a clear passion to work with pupils in a cover supervisory role.
