An opportunity for a Contracts Manager with a main contractor background to join a well established regional contractor, with an order book of multi-million pound contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of successful delivery, ensuring that works are completed within agreed programmes, with particular emphasis on quality, safety and profitability.
The companys workload includes both public and private sector clients, with new build and refurbishment projects on schools, colleges and medical buildings as well as offices and distribution centres.
