A market leading organisation, with over 20 offices throughout Scotland, now urgently require a Receptionist to cover a maternity leave period. With over 1000 employees in Scotland, this would give the successful applicant great experience within a busy national company. Duties will include efficient operation of the switchboard, processing financial transactions including cash handling, charging all goods and services to the correct account, liaising with other departments regarding customer requirements, general administration duties and ensuring an efficient service at all times.
