Fantastic opportunity for a strong chef de partie to join the Michelin Star head chef at this 3 Star 2 AA Rosette Hotel based in Gloucestershire. The hotel has a newly appointed Head Chef with a world of experience who is hoping for the hotel to gain a third Rosette and really take off.
You must have a strong solid work history at two rosette standard within a hotel or restaurant and be willing to help take this hotel up to the next level.
