M&E Supervisor
The position is to involve running as a hands on supervisor multiple projects and all works on a highly successful, and profitable account. Organising the delivery of all hard, soft, and fabric works on the large site.
The key focus will be on providing a pro-active approach to providing high quality and onto time works across multiple buildings and multiple projects
All man management of engineers and sub contractors. High level of client interfacing combined with KPI and SLA reporting to clients.
The role requires a knowledgeable M&E maintenance supervisor or manager, with experience of delivering services
The successful candidate will be currently employed as a M&E Supervisor, Maintenance Engineer, Works Manager, Site Manager, Facilities Manager, Estates manager or Building Manager.
