Administrator required to work for an established FTSE 100 Company based in Salisbury This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding PLC. Dealing Administrator to assist with the administration of placing investment instructions on behalf of clients/IFAs and Joint Ventures Specific -- To follow company dealing procedures to ensure execution of client instructions are processed in a timely manner -- Be capable of identifying investments that are not permissible within the clients SIPP and notifying the client -- Receipt of dealing instructions direct from clients and or IFA ensuring accurate details are taken, confirmed back to the person issuing the instructions and then recording on the asset recording system -- Executing dealing instructions with the clients stockbroker/Fund manager within service level agreements and FSA regulations -- Completion of any documentation required to execute the dealing instructions -- Liaising with Stockbrokers, Fund managers and other investment providers to ensure that the required documents are appropriately completed -- Executing bid deposit transactions as directed by client of IFA -- Investigate and process correspondence regarding dealing instructions from both external clients and pensions administrators -- To be familiar with the management system, work to its requirements and contribute to its continuous improvement process. Report non-conformance to the Dealing Team Manager -- To expand knowledge of the processes and terms required giving a full investment administration service to the pensions administrators and the clients -- To provide continual input on possible procedural improvements -- To provide statistical information as defined by the team manager to form part of the departments overall performance reporting Generic -- Work in conjunction with Team Manager to implement cost containment initiatives -- Comply with documented departmental policies and procedures and encourage others to do so -- Act as a conduit for upwards communication and feedback to team manager -- Contribute to process reviews, constantly seeking new ways to contribute and improve -- Maintain good business relationships with internal and external customers -- Take responsibility for own development, initiate own personal development plan and achieve performance objectives -- Achieve and maintain competence as required by the companys training and competence scheme -- Ensure that all work performed is to the deadlines and standards set by the team manager and service level agreements -- Where risks are identified to ensure these are documented and reported to your line manager Essential Experience/Skills - FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE - ADMIN EXPERIENCE - Life and Pensions experience Capita Resourcing is a trading name of Capita Resourcing Ltd.
