Due to a rapid expansion of our powerful news and information products and the opening of a new office in Manchester there are now 2 new openings for Business Development Managers to sell our online services to all industries. This role is new business however there is a telesales team already in place to generate leads. You will be responsible for following up on these leads, generating face 2 face meetings, presentations of the company products and closing the business. Working from smart offices, you will be predominately targeting Marketing Directors, PR Officers, Press and Communications Managers.
This is a very diverse role, one day you could be meeting the global head of communications for Accenture and the next discussing issues with the PR Director of Coca-Cola. We would be pleased to interview candidates from any background with at least 1 years B2B sales experience. Other qualities we look for are good interpersonal skills and the ability to close. However, the most important things needed for this role is determination, a passion for sales and a ?do anything for the deal attitude.
