*previous experience of delivering consultancy services to government clients in the UK
*track record and demonstrable career progression in a managing consulting capacity
*project / programme management expertise ideally with formal methods and qualifications
*major budget experience - in £millions and full end to end project delivery experience
*major, complex change management experience and rack record in implementing sustainable change in client organisations
*evidence of driving and managing growth in client companies
*Highly tuned interpersonal competencies and skills and the ability to gain adviser status quickly with clients
*ability to nurture relationships and identify potential new business opportunities
There are a number of opportunities across a range of competency levels. The roles are based in the North West of England and would be suitable for people based in either Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Sheffield, Liverpool and Hull. You must be prepared for travel in the job.
