The Company
This is a specialist within the ITC market, recruiting internationally on a permanent, interim and contract basis. Established 15 years ago, this Company is now looking for an additional consultant to join their well established Bristol team.
The Right Person
You will have a comprehensive understanding of the ITC recruitment market, and will have worked as either a contract or perms recruitment consultant previously. Youll need to have a polished and professional approach and will be comfortable working on senior level placements, involving search and selection techniques. Youll need to be highly personable, credible and reliable, possessing strong negotiation skills with experience of managing high profile accounts.
The Role
Youll be joining an established team of recruitment consultants, reporting into a senior manager, based in Bristol. This company is very client focused, with consultants working very closely with their accounts, youll be expected to bring on new business and will inherit and manage existing accounts. Youll be expected to deliver against target, working on a mix of contingency recruitment and retained business.
