ROLEOmnisport Marketing Manager REPORTS TOChannel Managing Director LOCATIONFeltham JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Planning and delivery of product marketing strategy and associated campaign delivery ·Strategy definition through key stakeholder consultation ·Channel management and associated campaign fulfilment ·Definition and execution of creative concepts ·Management of external agencies ·Campaign analysis and ROI management · Develop new and manage current market channels and associated budget for Omnisport destination site, and associated direct to consumer products. ·Search Engine - SEO, CPC, Video Search ·Offline advertising - Magazine, Outdoor, ambient ·Email ·On site advertising ·At event promotion ·Affiliate Partnerships ·PR Work to develop new distribution opportunities for aggregated and individual Omnisport products ·Offline partnerships ·Online partnerships ·Content aggregators Key Skills Bright and Hungry marketer with strong traditional marketing skills, copy writing, creative thinking, attention to detail. Digital marketing skills and experience are vital in particular strong understanding of the online environment and good knowledge of audience development, retention and e-commerce acquisition is key. Experience of marketing to pan European digital markets is a must, global experience would be an advantage Go getter with the commercial agility to manage and take responsibility for the entire marketing of key revenue lines - experience of budget responsibility would be useful. The ability to analyse and learn from campaigns is vital - experience of web analytics analysis and implementation is a must Ability to manage a number of projects with deadlines. Ability to liase with and co-ordinate internal and external contacts. Ability to present and communicate promotional ideas, campaigns and plans is also vital as this role will be client facing. A passion for sport is a must. Experience Seasoned in online B2C marketing preferably in a global sports and or e-commerce environment - online broadcaster would be ideal. Candidates need to have experience of dealing and managing online campaigns and need to have a real passion for digital media.
