One of the best known companys in the UK is looking to add an experienced 3rd line support specialist to their Service Operations team.
The team provides high level support and project work to key areas of the infrastructure within the company. Within the team there is a focus on Citrix and VMWare so hand on experience of either or ideally both of these technologies is essential.
The ideal candidate will have 3rd line Intel server experience with hands on knowledge of Windows 2000, 2003 and SQL/MS clusters.
In addition to this you will have excellent experience with either Citrix or VMWare. Your Citrix experience should be at strong 2nd line level and should include server farms.
If your focus is more VMware then you will have ESX host knowledge (3.0.1 or 3.5), solid experience of VMotion, High Availability and be able to build servers from templates.
This is an excellent opportunity to improve your skill set in either or both areas and work on some business critical projects.
