Fantastic opportunity for a Credit Control Team Leader to join a leading telecoms company offering a basic salary of £25k - £30k + excellent benefits, based in Milton Keynes.
The Credit Control Team Leader will take ownership of credit analyst team, query resolution team, working closely with outsource provider, analyse and report of progress of debts, reduce cost to collect, minimise bad debt and minimise customer churn for reasons of credit. You will provide assistance in the planning and collection on bad debt, production of weekly and monthly reports, monitor and report on aged debtors, identify improvements that will reduce credit risk and undertake project work such as debt and credit analysis.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience with Siebel and Oracle Collections, team leader experience, query resolution and a proven track record of efficient debt management.
Additionally candidates experienced with access or SQL would be advantageous.
