Our client is looking for an experienced Generalist HR Officer to come into a busy and challenging role.
The successful candidate will be

-- Experienced in both HR advice and HR admin.
-- Have good commercial awareness.
-- Be able to work in a demanding environment
-- Have excellent communication skills and be assertive when need be.
-- Focused and fairly tough.
The role includes
The job role would be:
-- Advising line management on employment law, grievances, discipline and performance management.
-- Developing clear and straightforward policies and procedures where necessary.
-- Overseeing/ coordinating recruitment.
-- Maintaining personnel files and documentation.
-- Dealing with HR correspondence including offer letters etc.
