Finance Team Leader/ Finance Supervisor/ Project Coordinator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Team Leader to join one of Europes leading communications services providers based at their UK HQ in South Staffordshire.
The purpose of the role is to manage the allocation of all new Service Agreements Orders to ensure that they meet the relevant criteria and to minimise financial and commercial risk, by ensuring that all Contracts are timely and accurately covered by Purchase Orders.
In addition -
"To establish, track and report, on the Profit and Loss of all new and renewed Service Agreement Contracts.
"To oversee the control and maintenance of data within SAP.
"To manage, develop and coach the Service team in order to achieve the key objective of the Department.
"To provide industry leading customer service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction for both internal and external Customers.
As Finance Team Leader, the main responsibilities would include -
"To review and release all new Maintenance Orders for the Service Agreement Teams to establish Service Contracts.
"To follow up all deviations from the Order Process, resolve and expeditiously release all new maintenance orders into Service Agreements for uploading.
"To liaise with Logistics and/or Clients to ensure that all new Projects with support are updated with serial numbers, in order to facilitate establishing the Third Party Support Purchase Order.
"To order Spares and follow the Spares Purchase Procedure working closely with the Logistics Manager and the Technical Team Leader on issues pertaining to Spares Purchase and Stock transactions.
"Keep up to date with latest customer information relating to the purchase of support, in order to achieve the minimum cost.
"Responsibility to achieve targets and keep management informed of all potential risks.
"To supervise the team ensuring that all Contracts are timely and accurately covered by Purchase Orders in line with Customer Service Contracts.
"To build strong relationships with customers and suppliers through effective communication on administrative matters whenever required
"To escalate issues with customers and suppliers in a timely manner whenever required
"To work closely with other departments to ensure that company procedures are continually developed and refined to maximise the effectiveness of the company as a whole.
"To provide administrative support to other departments as required
"To be responsible for the training and integration during the probationary period of all new employees to the team
"To provide ongoing day to day coaching of Administrators as required
"To provide support to the Commercial Manager and deputise as required
The successful Finance Team Leader must be able to demonstrate
"Minimum of 5 years office experience in a fast-paced demanding environment
"Minimum of 1 year working at this level desirable
"Supervisory skills essential
"Experience of sharing knowledge and skills with team colleagues
"Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience of communicating at senior level
"Presentation skills
"Experience of business practices and the flow of an order from receipt to invoicing
"Experience of working alone and as part of a team
"Experience of good time management with the ability to successfully manage competing demands
"Financially focused or experience of working within a Accounting/Costing Team
"Strong analytical skills
"Strong problem solving skills
Due to rapid expansion and investment, the company is continually reviewing its methodologies and practices. Successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate that they are receptive to change and maybe have some experience of working within a continually adapting environment.

The role carries a salary of £19,000 to £22,000 plus a 5% bonus, healthcare, pension and many other benefits.
The location is commutable from Burton on Trent, Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, Stafford, Brownhills, Burntwood, Aldridge, Tamworth, Cannock, Wolverhampton, Walsall and areas of Staffordshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire and the West Midlands.
