Junior Sous Chef - Worcestershire - Multi Rosette Restaurant - £18,000 plus tips. We are looking for a food focused chef looking for a Junior Sous Chef role in an all fresh food and award winning kitchen in Worcestershire. Applicants may be looking for their first Sous position or may be already be in a Sous role and looking to move to a successful growing restaurant where they can further develop their skills and experience. The role will involve helping to run the busy 100 cover brasserie operation along side another Jnr Sous Chef and the Head Chef. We are looking for someone that can help lead the 8 strong brigade; so an ability to lead, motivate and inspire is a must. Also the ability to work under pressure and also help train the younger chefs is important. Shifts are a mix of Straights and Splits. Sunday evenings the restaurant is closed plus two days off a week and also bank holidays. This is an awesome opportunity to work in an established restaurant under a food focused and acclaimed Head Chef. Salary is £18,000 plus tips which can add up to 3k a year.
